Position Overview:
The Director of Client Relations at Truscott Rossman will serve as a strategic guide on key accounts, ensuring alignment with clients' long-term objectives. The role demands collaboration with project managers to uphold outstanding client service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic lead on several key accounts, crafting and executing proactive plans that align with clients’ long-term goals.
Interpret client inquiries and objectives, guiding them towards the most effective solutions while ensuring their long-term goals are met.
Mentor client relations staff to ensure exemplary fulfillment of client business objectives.
Foster robust client relationships, establishing trust and delivering key presentations with confidence and clarity.
Maintain a comprehensive grasp of modern communication strategies, including traditional and digital mediums.
Design and implement multi-faceted strategies that integrate traditional and digital communications for addressing client challenges.
Lead and direct meetings effectively, driving towards decisive outcomes and results.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to managing and overseeing projects with precision.
Efficiently handle multiple clients simultaneously, each with distinct timelines and requirements.
Actively seek support and communicate necessary actions internally to guarantee client success, avoiding solitary problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven expertise in managing work that incorporates earned media, strategy, content, creative, digital, and paid deliverables.
Experience in leading significant strategies or projects for large organizations.
Experience in Michigan public affairs.
Familiarity and passion for generative artificial intelligence tools.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports to the Vice President.
