Position Details
Commitment: 40 hours per week, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Compensation: Starting salary range is $110-140K, plus full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. 5 weeks off of PTO. All Holidays off.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 3 Years leading people in a fast-paced RIA environment
- Ability to work independently, excellent time management and critical thinking
- Excellent written and oral communications to effectively lead teams forward
- Superior skills working with people from different backgrounds to help the team thrive
- Proven track record of growing teams KPI's
- Ability to evaluate a team roster and find synergy's to help the team work more effectively
- Background in HR functions such as payroll, vendor payments, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills - working to establish profitability markers at every area of the company
- Ability to work with a high-level productivity and a relentless motor to win for TNA!
- Willingness to learn new programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Manage the operational budget, conduct budget reviews, and monitor company revenue margins to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams, fostering a positive work environment and conducting performance evaluations.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party service providers and technology vendors to ensure quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success
- Process Efficiency: Reduction in processing time and production cycle times.
- Cost Management: Percentage of operational cost reduction.
- Accuracy & Risk: Reduction in operational errors, settlement defects, and failed trades.
- Customer Satisfaction: Improvement in CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Employee Retention: Improvement in team retention rate and engagement scores.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
