We’re looking Sales Associates to join a lively team by driving daily operations, and bringing the magic to life at every warehouse sale event featuring top clothing/accessory brands.
Job Summary
The Sales Associate supports a fast-paced, warehouse-style retail environment by providing excellent customer service, maintaining organized product areas, and helping customers navigate a unique, treasure-hunt shopping experience. This role ensures the sales floor remains safe, stocked, and visually appealing while assisting customers in finding one-of-a-kind items at great value.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service throughout the store.
- Assist shoppers, understanding product features, and exploring unique or limited-quantity pieces.
- Create a welcoming environment that enhances the “treasure-hunt” warehouse shopping experience.
- Handle basic customer questions or direct them to a manager for complex issues.
- Maintain strong knowledge of new arrivals & popular categories
- Keep sales floor and warehouse aisles clean, organized, and safe for shopping.
- Restock racks and large bins, ensuring items are easy to find and access.
- Follow safety guidelines for equipment usage (pallet jacks, ladders, carts—if applicable).
- Support receiving teams with new working stock by unpacking, sorting, and staging merchandise.
- Identify damaged or misplaced items and remove them from the floor as needed.
- Operate POS systems to process purchases & loyalty program.
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and follow checkout procedures.
- Work closely with managers and team members to maintain store standards and meet goals.
- Communicate product or stock needs, customer feedback, or floor issues.
- Participate in training related to protocols, safety, product knowledge, and warehouse procedures.
Qualifications
- Must have availability for at least 2 of the following days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable lifting 25–40 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
- Must have availability for at least 2 of the following days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

- Fast-paced, physically active role with a focus on customer engagement and product flow.

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
