Project Engineer will drive continuous improvement and innovation in TRUMPF's production operations. You will develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes, lead cross-functional projects, and introduce new products to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment using SYNCHRO methodology
- Develop project plans, manage teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with engineering on product design and manufacturability
- Monitor quality standards and drive operational excellence
- Coordinate fixture design and implement standardized procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering or Associates with related work experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
- Leadership skills and proven organizational abilities
- TRUMPF product familiarity
- SYNCHRO or lean manufacturing experience
- Fixture design knowledge
