Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components
- Perform material movements including picking, staging, and delivery to production lines
- Execute goods movements in SAP (e.g., goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers)
- Support pull-part replenishment and Kanban processes to ensure continuous material flow
- Conduct cycle counting and assist with annual physical inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of materials
- Collaborate with production, planning, and purchasing teams to meet operational needs
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- Any other requirement needed from Supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes
- Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Kanban or pull-based material replenishment systems
- Prior experience with cycle counting and inventory audits
- Basic computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office)
