Principle Roles & Responsibilities
- Microsoft Power Automate Development: Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and translate them into automated processes.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation solutions.
- SAP Build Apps and Process Mapping: Assist in the creation of SAP Build Apps automations to support business operations.
- Develop detailed process maps for SAP-related workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency in design.
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine and enhance process maps and automations.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development: Help document and create SOPs for various business processes, ensuring they align with best practices. Collaborate with process owners to ensure SOPs are accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a collaborative and cross-functional team, supporting a variety of process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for process automation and improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation, Power Automate, and SAP Build Apps.
- Engage in hands-on learning opportunities and apply new knowledge to real-world business challenges.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, SAP Build Apps, or similar automation tools (training will be provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Interest in manufacturing, especially in the field of 2D laser cutting machine tools, is a plus.
