As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients, create customized treatment plans, and guide them through hands-on therapy. You’ll work with everyone—from toddlers to seniors—collaborating with physicians, families, and rehab staff to achieve the best outcomes. You’ll also mentor OT assistants and students, maintain accurate documentation, ensure a safe and supportive environment, and keep your skills sharp through ongoing professional development.
