Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and completing repair tasks for residential and facility systems. The role involves managing industrial and equipment maintenance, documenting all completed work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair

- Ability to manage tasks independently and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Relevant technical certifications or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with additional training in maintenance or related fields
