POSITION:
- Girls Tennis Coach
- Supplemental Contract 2026/2027
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a valid Ohio Pupil Activity Supervisor Permit, CPR/First Aid Certification, Concussion Training, Ohio Sudden Cardiac Arrest. Training and Fundamentals of Coaching Certification
- Displays appropriate appearance, behavior, and language during games and practices
- Reflects a positive attitude and uses sound, consistent judgments when making decisions
- Ability to motivate athletes
- Prior coaching experience at or above high school level preferred
- Knows the fundamentals of the sport
- Has fundamental teaching and coaching ability
- Responsible for issuing, care, and collection of equipment
- Has respect, control, and discipline of athletes under his/her supervision
- Exhibits intensity and dedication to coaching
- Develops and distributes organized practice schedules which utilize staff, team and individuals to maximum potential
- Shows in season and out of season involvement and commitment to program
- Cooperates and communicates with players, parents, assistant coaches, athletic director and administration during the entire school year
- Abides by the rules and regulations of the OHSAA and NE8
- Successful BCI & FBI background checks.
COMPENSATION:
- In accordance with the negotiated agreement's salary schedule
