Position:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- 2026 - 2027 school year
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher.
- Valid State of Ohio Administrative certificate/license or eligibility for licensure.
- Appropriate Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst License.
- Experience working with children with disabilities.
- Other qualities of academic, professional and personal excellence as may be specified by the Governing Board.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive FBAs to inform intervention planning.
- Design individualized BIPs based on FBA results, observation data, and student needs.
- Facilitate meetings with parents and the IEP team to review and gain consensus on BIPs.
- Provide professional development (PD) to school personnel on behavioral strategies and plan implementation.
- Offer ongoing consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
