- 2025 - 2026
- Must possess a Valid State of Ohio School Principal License.
- Successful BCI & FBI background checks and drug tests.
- Curriculum background preferred.
- Experience in administrative responsibilities and as a principal (preferred).
- Has experience with alignment of curriculum, instruction and assessment.
- Has planned and delivered professional development to teachers.
- Has formative and summative assessment training.
- Value added knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of linkage to state sites.
- Can read and analyze district/school/classroom data.
- OTES 2.0 Certification (preferred).
- Understand HQSD.
- Has experience with classroom walk-throughs.
- Evidence of successful teaching experience.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
- Effective, active listening skills.
- Organizational and problem solving skills.
