Full-time Paralegal needed for Child Welfare Agency.
Responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy of legal records; proofreading pleadings; completing record checks for legal cases; maintaining a record retrieval system for compliance with statutory time frames; drafting and typing pleadings, motions and other legal documents; processing all notices of hearing; preparing and reviewing Ex Parte filings; initiating and responding to inquiries from attorneys and GAL's.
Paralegal and Notary Public certifications are required.
