We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness center. If you're passionate about helping people feel their best and enjoy working in a positive, holistic environment, we'd love to meet you!
Our wellness center offers services including:
- Massage Therapy
- Red Light Therapy
- Infrared Sauna
- Oxygen Bar
- Grounding Mats
- Natural Foot Detox
- IV Therapy
We believe in creating a relaxing experience while helping clients improve their overall health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes.
- Educate clients on wellness and self-care recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Work collaboratively with our wellness team to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Recommend other wellness services when appropriate, such as infrared sauna, red light therapy and other services that support client wellness goals.
- Participate in occasional wellness events and community outreach opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Current Massage Therapy license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Passion for holistic health and wellness.
We're seeking someone who:
- Enjoys educating clients about wellness.
- Is comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure.
- Is excited to help grow their own client base.
- Is willing to promote themselves and the practice through social media while representing Truly Natural Therapies.
- Is open to participating in special events, health fairs, and community wellness activities, including some evening or weekend events as needed.
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
