Truly Gone is the brand-new pest control division of Truly Lawn, a trusted name in local lawn care. We’re bringing the same customer-first reputation to pest control — and we’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Rep who’s ready to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
- Use FieldRoutes software to schedule services, manage customer accounts, and track follow-ups
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to every customer
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell pest control and lawn care services
- Follow up on leads, give accurate estimates, and close sales
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and top-tier service
- Keep detailed and accurate records in FieldRoutes for every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with FieldRoutes software is a big plus
- 2 years in customer service or inside sales (home services industry preferred)
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a drive to hit sales targets
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to jump in where needed
What We Offer
- $20–$23/hr base pay depending on experience
- 8% commission on closed sales performance bonuses
- Paid time off and employee discounts
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
