We are seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or HHA to provide personalized, non-medical care to clients in their homes, including individuals living with dementia.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and respectful, patient support for clients living with dementia.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safe mobility.
- Document care provided and communicate changes or concerns to the agency.
- Follow each client’s care plan while protecting their dignity, privacy, and independence.
Requirements
- CNA certification or documented HHA training.
- At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
- Experience caring for clients living with dementia.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a dependable work ethic.
- Own reliable transportation to travel to client homes throughout Chester County.
