Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person. Answering all incoming calls and making callbacks from missed calls and voicemails
- Assist the sales team with order processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer records
- Fulfill requests for physical samples and mailing pieces both creating the sample packs/mailers, as well as sending them out
- Support sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and product information for clients as well as some communication with prospective clients via our CRM platform
- Maintain organized documentation of sales activities, client communications, and support tickets like shipping photos, filing orders, warranty information, etc
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles with a passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or similar tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications related to sales or customer service is advantageous
