Trull Brook Golf Course is hiring a Golf Simulator Supervisor to lead daily operations in our indoor golf facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, sports facilities, or entertainment venues.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise indoor golf simulator operations and staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and guest experience
- Assist with simulator setup, troubleshooting, and POS systems
- Manage reservations, scheduling, and flow of play
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Oversee food and beverage service
Qualifications:
- Experience in supervisory, hospitality, or restaurant management preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
- Interest in golf, sports, or recreation is a plus
- Availability for nights and weekends
