Contract Golf Professional – Indoor Golf Instruction
Location: Trull Brook Virtual Golf Simulator – Tewksbury, MA
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Trull Brook Virtual Golf Simulator is seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Golf Professional to provide private and group golf instruction at our state-of-the-art indoor training facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PGA Professional or experienced teaching instructor looking to grow their student base in a modern, year-round indoor environment equipped with Golfzon TwoVision NX simulators featuring advanced ball and club tracking technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality private and small-group golf lessons.
- Develop customized lesson plans for golfers of all ages and skill levels.
- Utilize simulator technology, launch monitor data, swing video, and performance metrics to improve student performance.
- Build and maintain your own client base while welcoming referrals from Trull Brook.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused teaching environment.
Qualifications
- PGA of America Member or Associate preferred, but experienced teaching professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for helping golfers improve and enjoy the game.
- Strong understanding of golf swing mechanics, short game instruction, course management, and club fitting principles.
- Ability to effectively teach golfers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive players.
- Experience using launch monitors, simulator technology, and swing analysis software is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage scheduling, lesson bookings, and client relationships independently.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must maintain general liability insurance as required for independent contractors (or be willing to obtain coverage before beginning instruction).
