What You Will Be Doing:
- Set up and operate the cutting table equipment.
- Ensure that the process is being followed to produce good quality product
- Ensure product is measured, labeled, and sorted appropriately
- Ensure proper placement and orientation of glass onto line
- Maximize efficiency to maintain a productive speed
- Assist with training back up operators
Skills You Bring:
- Ability to lift 75lbs independently
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Previous experience in the glass industry (Preferred)
- Assist with leading and motivating coworkers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Safety First mindset
