- Lead and manage eDiscovery workflows, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
- Administer Cloud litigation support platforms.
- Consult with attorneys and case teams to develop defensible and efficient discovery strategies.
- Perform quality control checks on data sets and productions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to litigation databases and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation for litigation support processes and best practices.
- Train and mentor junior litigation support staff, paralegals, and attorneys on technology tools and workflows.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit creation, presentation support, and courtroom technology setup.
- Stay current with industry trends, legal technology developments, and regulatory changes affecting eDiscovery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or related field (JD or advanced degree a plus).
- Experience in litigation support or eDiscovery within a law firm or legal services provider.
- Proficiency in litigation support software (Relativity, DISCO, Everlaw, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, or ACEDS preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
