What You’ll Do:
- Speak with inbound prospects actively seeking life insurance
- Understand client needs and recommend the best coverage options
- Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Manage and follow up with leads to maximize conversions
- Continuously improve through training and coaching
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to obtaining a life insurance license (we sponsor you)
