Responsibilities
- Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and footnote disclosures
- Lead implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Conduct technical accounting research and draft position papers
- Streamline consolidation and reporting processes using OneStream
- Maintain and enforce US GAAP accounting policies and controls
- Partner with tax, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA strongly preferred
- 8–15 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX
- Background in public accounting preferred
- Experience in manufacturing
Pay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
