Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Posts job requisitions and supports basic candidate tracking
- Schedules interviews and coordinates logistics
- Maintains candidate records and recruiting documentation
- Responds to routine candidate and hiring manager inquiries
- Supports onboarding and pre-employment activities

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of administrative or HR support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coordinate high-volume campus recruiting logistics
- Partner with recruiters and program teams to support multiple early career programs simultaneously, maintaining organization across overlapping timelines and hiring cycles
- Assist in the execution of enterprise recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, onboarding) with a proven ability to manage logistics and deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
- Operate with a project management mindset taht demonstrates an ability to own processes end-to-end — driving organization, identifying gaps, and improving efficiency across a fast-moving area
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, Phenom) and Microsoft Office suite of products
