The Document Specialist is responsible for the overall scanning and guardian of files and providing a variety of clerical/phone tasks in support of the business unit
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Scans all physical files for funded deals and create digital copies
2. File away all physical files and maintain chronological records
3. Send out monthly statements
4. Pull payoff loans
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. High school diploma or GED
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
