The Product Manager - Digital Workplace Strategic Advisor builds enterprise capability by strengthening how teammates execute work using modern digital and AI enabled tools, in alignment with Truist’s Digital Workplace Strategy. This role focuses on Digital Dexterity as a business as usual capability, including enterprise prioritization, operating rigor, learning systems, and sustained execution that reduces friction, improves consistency, and increases confidence at scale.
The role partners closely with Digital Workplace leadership, enterprise stakeholders, and technology partners to shape standards, guide adoption, influence prioritization, and ensure Truist is positioned for future ways of working.

- Help drive enterprise Digital Dexterity initiatives aligned to the 2026 Digital Workplace Strategy, ensuring teammate technology and modern digital and AI tools are embedded into day‑to‑day work as standard practice.
- Lead and scale the Technology Champions program, enabling peer learning, consistent execution patterns, and sustained Digital Dexterity maturity across all lines of business and levels of the organization .
- Design, operate, and continuously improve Digital Dexterity learning systems, including structured learning journeys, maturity markers, and on‑demand resources that support execution at scale.
- Support intake and prioritization for Digital Dexterity and Digital Workplace requests, ensuring demand is assessed, aligned to strategic priorities, and balanced against capacity.
- Partner with Digital Workplace leaders, product owners, SMEs, and communications teams to support consistent messaging, enablement, and execution models.
- Analyze digital experience signals, feedback, and usage data to identify friction points and inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across Enterprise Technology, architecture, and delivery partners to ensure standards, patterns, and best practices are reinforced through programs and initiatives.
- Provide influential leadership that supports informed decision‑making, improves execution quality, and strengthens how work gets done across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 10 years of relevant financial services or consulting firm experience, working on teams with responsibility for strategic planning, product management, sales force effectiveness and industry analysis.
- Strong product management, design and development skills.
- In-depth and broad knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products.
- Strong leadership, management and marketing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization and time management skills.
- Superior influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of payments systems and practices.
- Superior financial and competitive analysis skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience supporting a Digital Workplace environment.
- Creative problem solver; demonstrated marketing and research skills
- Ability to create strong strategic plans and business cases for new opportunities
- Ability to synthesize complex information to communicate effectively with teammates at all levels
