- Manage the enterprise-wide stress testing and CCAR processes.
- Organize activities among multiple process participants to produce stress testing and CCAR outputs and documentation in support of capital plan submissions.
- Communicate stress testing and CCAR process, control, and governance requirements; project plans; and results to senior management and key process stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the stress testing and CCAR calendars for Truist.
- Enhance and maintain the quarterly stress testing process to be efficient, transparent and controlled.
- Incorporate both corporate and bank-level stress testing results.
- Coordinate regulatory meetings and communications during CCAR supervisory review, ensuring documentation is provided timely to satisfy regulator requests
- Coordinate the response and project plans addressing internal and external feedback to stress testing processes and results.
- Manage the stress testing and CCAR processes to remain compliant with Internal Audit and regulators as applicable, including coordination with the 15-18 Office. Prevent the occurrence of repeat findings.

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, finance or equivalent education and related training
- Seven years of banking or equivalent relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of general banking and risk management
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management
- Advanced competency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Demonstrated independent thinking and teamwork skills appropriate for coordinating a cross-functional process
- Ability to interact directly with Senior Leadership, line of business management and external regulators
- Ability to maintain process controls and manage deadlines
- Excellent analytical, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed, occasionally overnight
- Master's degree, MBA or professional designation (e.g., CFA, FRM, PMP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management software
- In-depth understanding of risk management and process concepts and best practices
- Experience managing complex projects and leading teams
- Experience implementing and documenting controls
