Field Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)
$50,000–$60,000 Average First-Year Earnings

Pay & Benefits
- $40,000 guaranteed base salary commission
- Average first-year total earnings: $50,000–$60,000 (performance-based)

What You’ll Do
- Door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners on TruGreen lawn care services
- Recommend customized lawn care plans
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up by phone
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-facing experience preferred (sales, service, hospitality)
- Outgoing, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be local to the market and U.S.-based
- Fluent in English
