What You’ll Earn
- $50,000–$60,000 average first-year income
- Hourly pay starting at $17.00/hr (Higher starting pay for licensed candidates)

What You’ll Do
- Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
- Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional services
- Deliver excellent customer service

What You’ll Need
- Must be at least 21 years of age (company vehicle requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check
- Ability to become DOT certified
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
