Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager.
Responsibilities and abilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, office area and production area.
- Quickly and accurately enter computer data.
- Maintain and update customer accounts.
- Effective time management & prioritization of tasks.
- Check messages, return calls and adjust routes.
- Daily post office run.
- Check and respond to emails.
- Receive new customer calls, print estimates and follow-through to sell.
- Enter, print and route new sales.
- Service call call backs, handle customer complaints completely.
- Daily Laundry
- Assist in creating marketing postcards, letters and emails.
- Create and send bid letters and emails and effectively follow through.
- Order and maintain office, printing and breakroom supplies.
- Generate additional sales by cross-selling & up-selling to current customers.
- Assist in maintaining social media accounts and keep marketing consistent across platforms of website, social media, technician collateral and paper & email marketing.
- Complete follow-through on all tasks.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
