Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Fort Worth, TX for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, presenting and selling TruGreen's lawn care services, and establishing long-term customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing quotes, handling customer inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves meeting sales targets and collaborating with the team to support overall business goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and understand customer needs
  • Organizational skills for managing client interactions and meeting sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of lawn care, agronomy, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an outdoor field environment
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, software, and technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or related fields is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
