We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator with a strong background in sales and marketing to join our team and assist our clients in achieving their aesthetic goals.
Job Description:
As a Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping our patients navigate their cosmetic surgery journey. You will act as a point of contact for patients, guiding them through the entire process, from their initial inquiry to their post-surgery care. This includes answering phones, scheduling patients, following up on leads and assisting the surgeon in consultations and treatments. Additionally, you will leverage your marketing expertise to promote our services and attract potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for patients, answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns.
Schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments in a timely and organized manner.
Provide patients with detailed information on procedures, costs, and pre- and post-operative instructions.
Ensure a seamless and supportive experience for patients throughout their surgical journey.
Marketing and Outreach:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve growth objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that educates and informs potential clients.
Patient Education:
Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of cosmetic procedures.
Assist in providing pre-operative and post-operative instructions, ensuring patients are well-prepared for their surgery and recovery.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Assist with billing and financial arrangements, ensuring transparency and clarity for patients regarding the cost of their procedures.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales and marketing, especially in a healthcare or cosmetic surgery setting, is a strong advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and attentive to patient needs and concerns.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
Knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and industry trends is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
