Key Responsibilities
- Support daily club operations, member experience, and team performance.
- Partner with the General Manager to learn all aspects of running a high-performing club.
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on coaching of front-line staff and department teams.
- Assist in driving sales, membership growth, and personal training performance.
- Prepare to take on full General Manager responsibilities through structured development and training.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a fitness, retail, or service-based environment preferred.
- Strong interest in growing into a General Manager role.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on sales, service, and operations.
Compensation Overview
- Hourly base pay of $15 with opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on personal sales, including memberships, personal training, and retail products.
- Bi-weekly bonuses based on total units sold and individual performance.
- Monthly bonus opportunities tied to overall club performance.
- Additional incentives are based on key metrics like membership growth, total revenue, ACH/EFT performance, net joins, personal training revenue, and operational excellence.
- Strong earning potential driven by both your personal results and the success of the club.

- 1 years of leadership experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)
- Interest in advancing into a General Manager role
- Experience supporting sales goals or revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Coachable with a desire to develop leadership capability
- Ability to learn staffing, scheduling, and operational processes
