Store Manager Job Description
We are seeking high energy, positive, friendly and self motivated individuals to work with us to help manage our teams. We work a 5 day 45 hour average week with additional shifts being pro-rated based on your salary. We have a real bonus plan based on sales increases and Profit After Controllable Expenses.
Some Responsibilities
● Lead by example
● Interview potential employees
● Train and supervise team members
● Manage as a team
● Fulfill duties associated with your area of responsibility including inventory and weekly meetings
● Listen to and resolve team and guest concerns and or complaints
● Receive and place orders
● Maximize profitability and productivity
● Motivating staff to provide a great guest experience
● Ensure sanitation and safety compliance
