TrueShine Windows is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Window Cleaning Technicians. This is a physically active, customer-facing position with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and leadership as the company expands.

Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial windows inside and outside
- Remove dirt, streaks, and buildup from glass, frames, and seals
- Use professional water-fed pole systems and window cleaning equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Arrive on time and maintain a clean appearance
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Assist with equipment setup and cleanup
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to transport window cleaning equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred Qualities
- Do not require prior window cleaning experience
- Strong communication skills with clients

Pay & Benefits
- $150-250 per day or 20% commission
