Position Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the mail facility by serving as the primary point of contact for released jobs, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting the logistics and administrative functions of the department. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep jobs with necessary paperwork to move to Production Floor.
- Check for required sign-offs on paperwork.
- Track and manage incoming jobs ensuring accurate information
- Maintain records of published jobs, including samples and paperwork
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing reports related to mail volume, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Shipping required items as needed.
- Monitor inventory of mailing supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with postal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a mailroom or logistics environment.
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
