Community Partnerships Lead (Field Sales/Marketing Representative) - Home Health Services
Please Note: Bilingual Skills in Mandarin/Cantonese and English is necessary for success. Client base is heavily within the Chinese speaking population of Flushing & Queens, NY.
We’re hiring a Community Partnerships Lead to drive growth for a rapidly expanding home health care provider in Flushing/Queens, NY & neighboring communities. This is a field-based, high-activity sales & field marketing role built for people who know how to create pipeline and build relationships with social workers, community organizers, families and patients. You’ll be meeting with stakeholders across the community, running marketing booths at community organizations, generating referrals, and converting those into patient admissions.
We are open to all backgrounds, but if you’ve worked in a field sales, BDR/SDR environment, as a social worker, healthcare rep, or Medicare/Medicaid brokerage, this could be a great fit! The difference here is you’re not selling a product. You’re building trust in person and turning that into real outcomes in providing care for those in need within the local community.
Compensation (Uncapped)
- Base Salary: $67K - $100K (pending years of experience and other factors)
- On-Target Earnings: $18k additional per year at ramp/quota | 2X quota (10 admissions per month) = $36k
- Incentive: $300 per new patient admission
- Ramp Target: 5 admissions/month (fully ramped)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meet at the office on Monday mornings for planning & organizing your week, spending 4.5 days in the field managing a Sales Territory.
- Build and grow referral relationships across: Physician offices, Community centers, Social care programs, Senior housing communities.
- Generate new business through referral networks and direct marketing: In-person outreach, Community events and tabling, and direct engagement with prospective patients in the local Chinese communities.
- Own your territory with help and guidance from the Team. Convert referrals into patient admissions.
Desired Experience:
- Bilingual skills in Cantonese/Mandarin & English is a must.
- 1-5 years experience in Field sales or Grassroots business development, Healthcare outreach, social work, or community-based roles
- Account management with strong hunting instincts, able to stay consistent with high activity metrics.
- Motivated to learn, grow and succeed in a B2B2C sales model.
