Workers Compensation Attorney
Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. We are open to discussing preferred compensation for candidates bringing an established book of business.

A well-established, multi-practice law firm is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its growing Pennsylvania team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned WC litigator who wants a stable platform, strong support, and a collaborative environment without excessive travel or burnout.
You will manage a full workers’ compensation caseload and represent clients across all phases of litigation, including:
- Hearings, depositions, mediations, and motion practice
- Legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings and briefs
- Direct client interaction and relationship management
- Collaboration with senior attorneys on complex matters
What We’re Looking For
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing
- 7 years of direct PA Workers’ Compensation experience (10 years preferred)
- Proven ability to independently handle the full WC litigation lifecycle
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Location & Work Style
- In-office role in Lancaster, PA
- Local daytime travel to hearings and depositions
- No regular overnight travel
