The True REST Spa Representative supports the spirit of our entire brand. Help shape the way in which clients and the community view our spa and flotation therapy. The Spa Representative will develop the expertise in flotation therapy – able to spread awareness and education. We are looking for champions of self-care, self-love, relaxation, and mental wellness.
A part of this is demonstrating exceptional service in all areas of the spa and client care. Our team exhibits exceptional service of the spa and clients: including (but not limited to) attention to detail, cleanliness, passion for self-care, and the spa mission to provide this service to as many people as possible. We are looking for consistent and growing sales performance, outstanding client care, and customer service in all areas. The tasks of the Float Consultant are managed and supported by the Management. The duties of the Float Consultant will include (but are not limited to) the following: Client Care - various functions

Base pay is typically $12 per hour while training during first few weeks.
Pay starts at $13.00 per hour and can range up to $22.00 with commissions bonus and tips once the training period ends
