We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Person/Laborer to help us keep homes and businesses in top shape. If you like getting things done, working with your hands, and don’t mind a little variety in your day, this could be the perfect gig for you. We work hard, but we also like to have fun while doing it!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- General repairs – think plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and anything in between
- Using your tools safely to tackle projects efficiently
- Routine maintenance to keep properties looking and running great
- Moving materials and helping wherever needed
- Checking out work areas and keeping things safe and tidy
- Testing electrical stuff with an ohmmeter and troubleshooting problems
- Teamwork – helping each other out and getting stuff done the easy way
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who knows their way around basic hand and power tools
- Own tools and vehicle (can’t work without ‘em!)
- Willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Physical stamina – sometimes we lift, sometimes we move, sometimes we get a little dirty
- Good vibes, good communication, and a willingness to have fun while working
