What You’ll Do
As our Lead Dentist, you’ll provide exceptional clinical care while helping guide the success of our dental team.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Leading and supporting dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Participating in clinic leadership meetings and service planning
- Monitoring patient care quality and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing and maintaining monthly provider schedules to ensure patient access
- Building strong relationships with patients while promoting preventive oral healthcare
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
- Current dental license or ability to obtain Idaho licensure
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Passion for serving patients from diverse backgrounds and helping improve community health
