What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Manager- New Jersey position at Truentity Health?
| Open to all cities in New Jersey | Hybrid
This role requires regular on-site presence across our pharmacy locations throughout New Jersey. Expect to travel to sites as needed.
We’re deploying technology that gives rural New Jersey residents access to continuous health monitoring through their local pharmacy. We’re building the infrastructure layer that makes it work.
We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who can take a complex technical rollout and make it run clean across 20 pharmacy sites.
- Lead physical installation and software configuration of telehealth hubs at 20 pharmacy sites across rural New Jersey
- Validate site readiness so 1,000 rural patients can securely transmit monitoring data to clinical teams
- Own the go-live process from kickoff to first data transmission
- Troubleshoot device, connectivity, and workflow issues in real time — on-site when needed
- Partner with pharmacy staff and Truentity’s operations team to make adoption stick
- Track milestones, surface problems early, and keep the rollout on schedule
- 5 years in healthcare operations, digital health implementation, or technology deployment in clinical or community settings
- Track record of rolling out technology platforms, workflows, or devices across multiple sites
- Comfortable with data workflows, user onboarding, and readiness validation
- Calm under pressure, sharp on follow-through
- You’ve been on the ground at a site that wasn’t ready and know how to fix it
- Comfortable traveling across New Jersey regularly — this isn’t a desk job
- Bachelor’s in health administration, information systems, operations, or a related field
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
The sites you bring live are the entry points for rural residents who have no other access to continuous monitoring. If you do this well, 1,000 people start getting the visibility they’ve never had between doctor visits. The system you build during this grant period becomes the foundation for a statewide network. You’re not just rolling out software. You’re standing up infrastructure that will outlast this project.
