Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!

Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience.

Job Duties:

• Answering calls
• Checking clients in/out for psychiatrist
• Collecting money
• Scheduling client appointments
• Assisting with reminder calls
• Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
• Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
• Taking Vital Signs and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
• Assisting providers as needed
• Assisting with portal paperwork for doctor clients, if necessary
• Checks Prescription Drug Monitoring Program for incoming appointments
• Complete referrals as needed/requested by doctors
• Facilitate paperwork/form completion by doctors
• Coordinating care by sending letters/faxes/emails as needed for clients, obtaining ROIs (Release of Information), etc.
• Assigned to specific doctor(s) to support things like lab work, prior authorization requests for meds, etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn how to take client Vital Signs
• Reliable Transportation
• Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
