- Collecting money
- Scheduling client appointments
- Assisting with reminder calls
- Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
- Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
- Taking Vital Signs and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
- Assisting providers as needed
- Assisting with portal paperwork for doctor clients, if necessary
- Checks Prescription Drug Monitoring Program for incoming appointments
- Complete referrals as needed/requested by doctors
- Facilitate paperwork/form completion by doctors
- Coordinating care by sending letters/faxes/emails as needed for clients, obtaining ROIs (Release of Information), etc.
- Assigned to specific doctor(s) to support things like lab work, prior authorization requests for meds, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn how to take client Vital Signs
- Reliable Transportation
- Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
