Human Resources Specialist
Part-time
Hanover, PA (with travel to other sites as needed)
Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!
Pay Rate starts at $16.32 per hour and increases with experience.

Job Duties:
- Process Payroll in a payroll software system.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and pay rate changes.
- Keep detailed documentation of changes and corrections to Payroll or employee files.
- Facilitate Audits by providing records and documentation to the auditors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Reconcile payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports.
- Maintain employee records.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Prior experience with Human Resources Information System preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs- Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
