Pay Rate starts at $14.28 per hour and increases with experience.
Must be available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
Time and a half pay for Holidays.

Job Duties:
- Medication Monitoring
- Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/ truck)
- General property/household chores
- Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
- Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
- Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid and Safe Crisis Management Training
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
