Chief Financial Officer – B2B Global Components Manufacturing - Private Equity
Our client is a vigorously growing, niche industry, middle-market private equity sponsored manufacturing enterprise actively seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO in leading expansion and transformation initiatives.
The new CFO will be the strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer supporting and leading M&A growth/transformation strategies for the business aimed at radically scaling the enterprise and streamlining operations with a focus on continuous improvement. This position requires a highly capable senior leader able to provide immediate leadership and guidance to the senior management team. You will play a key role in leading M&A transactions from due diligence through integration and transforming culture through the implementation of best practices including financial planning and analysis, budget management, detailed KPI dashboard implementation and operational efficiency programs across the company while ensuring the business maintains its leadership status in their sector.
We are seeking a hands-on leader with experience working with a dynamic multi-jurisdiction process manufacturing business, willing to roll up your sleeves and work with a lean team in executing on all aspects of the finance and accounting function supporting international operations.
