What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Construction Laborer position at TrueNorth Disaster Recovery Services LLC?
TrueNorth Disaster Recovery Services is hiring an experienced reconstruction worker for a multi-unit project in Lorain, Ohio.
We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in multiple areas of construction and can step onto a jobsite and be productive immediately. This is not an entry-level labor position.
Work may include drywall hanging and finishing, framing, carpentry, trim, doors, painting, basic plumbing, flooring, punch-list work, and other general reconstruction tasks.
Applicants must have:
- Strong construction, remodeling, or reconstruction experience
- Experience working across multiple trades
- Their own basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Good attendance and dependability
- The ability to complete work cleanly and professionally
The project is expected to last approximately 4–8 weeks, although the exact duration may vary. Additional work may be available for the right person.

Pay is based on experience and demonstrated skill level.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
