What You’ll Do:
● Support daily after-school and summer programming
● Assist the Site Coordinator with activities and program operations
● Build positive connections with teachers, parents, and students
● Help recruit and retain students
● Support family events and program projects
● Keep attendance and enrollment records organized and accurate
● Use basic tech tools (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
● Follow safety, emergency, and discipline procedures
● Travel between sites as needed
Schedule:
12–20 hours/week (school year)
32 hours/week (6 weeks during summer)
Requirements:
● 18 or older
● High school diploma (experience in education/working with kids preferred)
● Strong communication, reliability, and organization
● Ability to lead age-appropriate activities
● Must meet Child Care Center licensing requirements
