The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of True Independent Holdings (TIH) is a senior executive leader responsible for the financial strategy, performance, and operations of TIH and its portfolio of agencies. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO of TIH while maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Global CFO of Meet the People, ensuring alignment with global financial standards, reporting, and governance.

The CFO provides forward-looking financial leadership, brings rigor and clarity to decision-making, and ensures TIH is positioned for sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence within a global holding company structure.

Candidate Profile

You are a seasoned financial leader with experience leading finance and accounting organizations within lower-middle-market companies, ideally in agency, professional services, or business services environments. You understand the financial dynamics of a services-based organization—including bookings, backlog, utilization, revenue recognition, and margin management—across multiple operating units or practice areas.

You are fluent in GAAP accounting, comfortable navigating ERP platforms and systems change, and experienced in scaling financial infrastructure to support growth. You are collaborative, outward-facing, and confident partnering with a high-performing executive team locally and globally. You bring both precision and perspective—able to analyze historical performance, forecast future outcomes, and anticipate risks and opportunities. You build alignment across stakeholders and operate effectively within a matrixed, global organization.
