Are you a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, prospecting new business, and controlling your own earning potential? We are seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to develop and grow an established industrial sales territory throughout the Milwaukee market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys working independently, building a book of business, and being rewarded directly for their performance.

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with prospective and existing customers
  • Present industrial hardware products and solutions using sample boards, demonstrations, and a mobile sales store
  • Build long-term customer relationships within your assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using company CRM software
  • Submit daily activity reports detailing customer visits, sales orders, and prospecting efforts
  • Manage and maintain the appearance, operation, and inventory of your mobile store
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous outside sales experience preferred, particularly within industrial, route, or B2B sales
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and common business applications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Additional Requirements

  • Must reside within the assigned territory
  • Must be willing and able to purchase or lease an approved vehicle to operate as a mobile sales store
  • Professional appearance and conduct when representing the company
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and perform physical activities associated with customer visits

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
