We're currently growing our team and are looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to serve clients in Gallatin, TN and surrounding communities.

As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical support that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Medication reminders
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and changing bed linens
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Running errands and shopping for household essentials
- Providing companionship through conversation, activities, reading, and hobbies
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes appropriately
- Treating every client with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect
We're seeking individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), or similar role preferred (but not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
